An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a boutique firm in the West End.
Acting for the firm’s established client base, you will be undertaking an array of work such as partnership agreements and commercial contracts. There is an existing caseload of work and a strong pipeline of future work to tap into.
You will ideally be a Company Commercial Solicitor, with at least 2 years’ PQE and a broad experience including dealing with partnership agreements and commercial contacts. Experience of other areas of Company Commercial work would be advantageous, as would some commercial property experience, although the latter is not essential.
On offer is a quality caseload, competitive salary, and excellent benefits, including generous pension and holiday entitlement. The firm is also open to flexible working, with the option to come into the office as little as once or twice a month, although the firm does have a fully set up West End office, so it can accommodate almost any home/office split.
