A highly regarded regional firm that is looking to appoint an experienced senior Civil Litigation Solicitor to head up this area of work.
The firm has provided a mix of private and commercial services to clients and businesses across the Midlands for a number of years and is now looking to appoint a senior litigation specialist to drive forward the department.
There is a strong existing caseload of civil litigation work that you will assume from the outset which will include disputes relating to landlord & tenant work, debt recovery, employment matters, contested probates and professional negligence.
However, the firm is looking for someone with a strong business development mindset who will ensure a good flow of work into the department in the future.
You will head the civil litigation team, managing an existing group of fee earners with overall day-to-day responsibility, and incorporated as part of the wider Litigation Group that encompasses personal injury, medical negligence and family law work, so there is a strong collaborative feel within the firm.
