Independently recognised as one of the UK's leading national law firms and a top 100 firm to work for, our client's highly regarded Banking team is currently recruiting for an Associate Solicitor to join their well-established team.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of matters including acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, property finance and corporate borrowing. They advise most of the major banks in the UK and numerous corporate clients on banking and finance matters, including the terms of loan facilities, guarantees, charges and other security documents, intercreditor/subordination arrangements, bonding lines and hedging and derivative instruments. Our client's team is regularly involved in cross border finance transactions, supporting UK borrower clients with the international elements of their banking and finance transactions.
