Commercial Property FCILEx / Senior Paralegal

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading national law firm within their thriving commercial property team in Bristol.

Based in the beautiful Queens Square area of Bristol close to the harbourside, Park Street and Broadmead you will be joining the firms friendly and successful property team.

The team are seeking an experienced Paralegal or Chartered Legal Executive to deal with an interesting and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; Portfolio management; Commercial Landlord and Tenant work for commercial and corporate clients; Developments and disposal transactions.

You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing, networking and business development as well as the training and mentoring of new staff.

To apply for this role you should be a senior paralegal or CILEx with strong technical skills and knowledge within the commercial property arena. It is vital that you are able to build rapport with existing and new clients.
