A highly regarded firm in Cambridge is looking to add an Insolvency Solicitor to their organisation. This is a top firm, widely known as experts in their field, with a team of talented and experienced Solicitors. The Insolvency Solicitor is required on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
The successful Insolvency Solicitor will have the following key responsibilities:
- Acting for a broad range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, and even household names and individuals.
- Dealing with insolvency of all types, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Working without supervision, when necessary.
About You
The candidate must have the following skills, experience, and characteristics:
- At least 6 years’ PQE gained with another leading firm.
- Capable of dealing with an array of insolvency and restructuring matters.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Some experience with the supervision and mentoring of more junior Lawyers.
