Client

You will be joining a household name organisation with multiple international offices worldwide.

Role

You will join in a brand newly created role.

You will undertake a highly diverse and varied legal role, including a wide range of corporate and M&A transactional work.  You will also have the opportunity to get involved in additional wider commercial legal work and issues.

You will report directly into the General Counsel.  You will be provided with significant levels of autonomy and responsibility to run your own matters from the off.

You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative financial package including c.40% bonus entitlement.

You will be able to perform this role mostly from home/remotely should you so wish.  The organisation has its HQ in central London.

You

You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 5+ years' PQE.  You will have significant prior experiences in relation to corporate/M&A work.
