An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to support this leading British financial institution. Remote working considered.
Role:
- The position will be part of the businesses Retail Legal Team working primarily on Payments and Current Account business areas.
- You will be expected to assist the business on matters such as drafting legal documentation relating to terms and conditions, advising on compliance matters etc
- You will also support the business with the development of new products, services and processes
- The team is a supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to develop both your legal and commercial skills in a fast paced and forward-thinking business.
We are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor 4 – 8 PQE*
- Financial services sector experience sought
- Experience of advising on Payments law (Required)
- Solid understanding of consumer law
