An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Personal Injury department of a leading mid-sized London firm.
The team:
The firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team have a diverse range of interesting clients including high profile sporting professionals, tunnel miners, construction workers and those working in close protection. The team have experience in high-value, complex employer liability, public liability, often multi-party actions, and stress claims involving many jurisdictions. The team have previously acted for a bodyguard who was injured whilst working for Arabian royalty which was a seven figure settlement.

The successful Paralegal can look forward to being involved in high quality work. You will gain a high level of exposure through duties such as:
- Working directly with the Head of Personal Injury and one other Associate
- Attending Court and client meetings
- Undertaking research and preparing case bundles
- Assisting with preparation of bills and other administrative tasks
About you:
- Previous paralegal experience required, personal injury experience desirable but good commercial litigation experience would be considered
- Enthusiastic team player
- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong technical skills with experience of using Excel, Word and Outlook
