Our client, a leading global asset manager are looking to hire an experienced drafter of commercial and corporate transactional documents, to join their London team. The role will have a large focus on the drafting and review of NDAs, as well as occasional work with other documents.
The Role:
- To review and draft a host of transactional documentation, mainly non-disclosure agreements, but also term sheets and other similar documents.
- To review a high number of documents, checking for errors or omissions and correcting them where necessary.
- To provide ad-hoc advice to clients and the business on legal and regulatory aspects of transactions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- MUST be a qualified lawyer, in the UK or another common law jurisdiction.
- Ideally has some financial services experience, but this is not essential.
- MUST have excellent drafting skills and strong demonstrable experience drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
This role is 100% office-based, with the firm’s offices in London’s west end.
The role is initially a 6-month contract.
