A Court of Protection Solicitor is being sought by an award-winning firm in the Greater Manchester area. This firm prides itself on its friendly, supportive working environment. The Court of Protection department needs the successful candidate to join on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the Role
This position has a number of key responsibilities, including:
- Managing a Court of Protection caseload that includes property affairs, financial affairs, and deputyship cases.
- Acting as an integral part of the team whilst managing own caseload.
Your Profile
The ideal fit for the Court of Protection Solicitor role has the following attributes and experience:
- Grade B or C Court of Protection Solicitor.
- Confident, friendly manner.
- Compassionate to your clients’ needs.
