An excellent opportunity with real potential for a junior to mid-level Property Solicitor to develop a real specialism in the intricacies of Leasehold matters at a super London firm.

You will be working alongside and learning from a highly experienced Partner as an integral part of this highly regarded specialist team.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to manage a busy and varied case load whilst maintaining a quality and confidential service. You should be able to show some recent and relevant experience handling transactional enfranchisements and renewals.

There is some flexibility in experience levels here, and the position could be open to a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor with good quality experience. You should be fully IT literate with a working knowledge of accounts and case management systems.
