ASSOCIATE/SENIOR ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE - LEGAL 500 FIRM - CARDIFF
This is an exciting opportunity presented by a brilliant, Legal 500 ranked firm in Cardiff who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Corporate team. This is an expanding team and the role is key to their success - as a result this firm is keen to find the right candidate and help them grow and develop their career within the top-ranking team.
The role would involve high-profile domestic and international M&A, corporate finance and private equity transactions as well as being involved in more general corporate work. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable high-quality experience regarding these areas, and will be expected to manage their own caseload and deals in addition to working alongside the wider team.
Ideally, the right candidate will have 4+ PQE or equivalent CILEX experience, and will have sound prior knowledge within a corporate team, so they can hit the ground running. In addition to this, excellent written and verbal communication will be beneficial, as well as a history of quality work.
You will have supervisory opportunities, and be able to get involved in the business development side of things.
