Description

- supervision of information received from clients
- ensuring databases remain current and up to date
- prioritise workload and client requests
- uphold standards of practice and be the first point of contact for clients
- plan and assign workload to secretarial team members
- performance management process including probationary reviews

* Reviewing incoming emails, noting instructions and relevant deadlines, replying where appropriate
* Coordination and management of filing of new trade mark applications
* Co-ordination and oversight of:
o preparation and sending correspondence and invoices to clients in a timely manner
o preparation and sending of client schedules
o preparation and sending of requested estimates

Profile

CITMA Paralegal qualification
2 plus years working in the trade mark field
* Ability to handle and prioritise large volumes of data
* High degree of organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
* Proficient I skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
* Effective communicator
* Ability to work autonomously
* You will be provided with in-house training on the firm's electronic filing, records and other IT systems
* Focused and dedicated
