Our client is a well-established and leading law firm in Scotland. Due to organic growth, its well-regarded Private Client department seeks an additional private client solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh.
Your role will involve a wide range of high-quality private client matters, including advising high-net-worth clients on the protection of their assets, drafting Wills and powers of attorney, trust and executry administration, estate planning and succession and tax planning.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and passion for private client work, as well as a hunger for advancing and driving your career forward. You will ideally be working towards or be prepared to commence STEP qualifications. Previous experience of dealing with high-net-worth individuals would also be highly advantageous.
You will be competent in managing your own busy workload whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
