We are currently working with a successful professional services business looking for its first In-House Tax Counsel to advise on a wide array of tax issues.
This role is highly visible in the company and externally and will include interpreting and applying tax legislation to the organisation’s companies, individual clients, and partnerships. In addition, you will undertake audits of client accounts, research background material and provide best in class advice on taxation matters.
You will support various teams within the organisation, including sales, and deal directly with outside counsel as and when needed.
This role would suit a fully qualified Tax Solicitor, looking to make the move to a stand-alone, In-House Tax Counsel role. You can come from either a private practice firm or an in-house organisation. This position can be undertaken remotely with travel to the offices once or twice a month.
