The brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor to join a top tier, Legal 100 law firm in Chelmsford.
My client is looking to hire a technically skilled, Commercial Property Associate Solicitor (3-7 years’ PQE) who has trained and worked at a leading City or regional law firm, and possesses a solid background dealing with high quality commercial property matters, such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, land acquisitions, and refinancing and restructuring.
Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
