Property management business based in London is looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to join their property management legal team in North London.
This property business manages a significant portfolio of properties mostly in the South East region (especially London) and is looking to recruit a residential property litigation lawyer with experience in:
- residential property litigation and disputes;
- possession claims;
- arrears/ money claims; and
- county court enforcement.
The role will include preparing claim documentation and conduct of claims including attending court.
