Corporate lawyer - 3-5 PQE - Caribbean

We are now looking for a corporate lawyer to join one of our most prestigious clients based in a hugely attractive location. The success and reputation of this heavyweight firm and its Corporate group means that this role is suitable for a City lawyer.

Key attractions of moving to this jurisdiction include a top City salary with low tax, a superb climate all year round, and a healthy work-life balance with a short commute. You will be acting on high-value cross-border deals involving clients and contacts all over the globe, with a varied workload focusing on M&A, JVs and general corporate work as well as some financing matters, although prior finance experience is not needed.

You will be a lawyer in a Corporate team at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or other international law firm in London. We will consider applicants of between three and five years' PQE or slightly outside of this.

This role offers a high salary with obvious tax benefits, plus a full relocation package.
