Senior Legal Counsel - Tech focused position
Client
You will be joining a leading global player in the fashion, clothing and apparel industry.
The organisation has its HQ on the Gloucestershire/Berkshire borders and is undergoing a period of rapid growth and international expansion. It is easily accessible from various locations including Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and Bath.
Role
You will join in a brand newly created role (due to organic growth and sustained business success) within the legal team as Senior Legal Counsel and you will undertake an extremely broad and varied legal remit with respect to Tech focused issues.
You will report directly into the Global General Counsel and you will be provided with significant degrees of autonomy and responsibility for running your own matters from the off.
You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative competitive remuneration package including car allowance, share options and c.20% bonus.
You will be able to undertake flexible/remote working in this role.
You
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction Lawyer with approximately 4+ years' PQE. You will have significant prior experience of Tech related contracts and issues.
