A highly regarded and respected national firm is looking to add a Junior Banking Lawyer to their team. This fiercely sought-after position will see the Junior Banking Lawyer added to the industry-leading team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

The Junior Banking Solicitor will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Managing various legal matters, such as corporate, acquisition finance, and real estate finance transactions.
• Work for an array of clients, including high street banks and other regional funders.
• Offering in-depth knowledge and guidance across a spectrum of areas in banking.

The Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience and attributes:

• The ideal candidate will either be Newly Qualified or have up to 3 years’ PQE.
• A proven record of relevant experience and capability.
• Experience with real estate finance, acquisition finance, and corporate work is ideal.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate good commercial acumen to others.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and deploying knowledge in changing situations.

The Salary and Benefits Package

This well-respected firm is offering a salary in the range of £52,500 - £60,000 per annum, depending on the successful candidate’s experience level.
