Contentious Probate Paralegal - Taunton

Excellent opportunity to join a South West firm who are looking for a contentious probate paralegal to join their contentious probate team in Taunton. This contentious probate paralegal will be joining a reputable firm who work on a wide range of litigation and contentious probate.

As the successful candidate , you will be working closely with the litigation team and assisting with a busy caseload. Ideally, you will have at least 6 months' experience within private client or litigation.

The team advise on the full range of issues that can arise in relation to an estate or trust. This may include challenges to the validity of a will, proprietary estoppel claims, Inheritance Act claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and applications relating to trusts and international issues.
