Excellent new vacancy for a Litigation Solicitor with landlord and tenant experience keen to take on an exciting, challenging role within a top team.

Our client is one of the leading practices in Cardiff, with an enviable reputation, especially for their areas of litigation work.

This is a new opportunity due to increasing levels of work and the role will be within their dedicated social housing team who are national leaders in this field. You will be given the opportunity to develop your experience working closely with registered social landlords and local authority clients nationally. You will advise on all aspects of tenancy enforcement, particularly those arising from nuisance behaviour, criminal activity or anti-social behaviour (along with various other issues).

There is also the opportunity to supervise and mentor a team of junior fee earners so previous supervisory experience would be beneficial.

The team is looking for an associate so you should have some post qualification experience in this area or at least landlord and tenant disputes, although full support and training will be provided to transition to this area.

An excellent salary and benefits package are on offer along with the chance to join one of Wales' leading firms.

*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.

Chadwick Nott Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
