An opportunity has opened up for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a firm based in central London. This is a reputable firm where the Residential Property Solicitor will have a supportive working environment. The candidate is required on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

This exciting role has several responsibilities. They include:

  • Handling a full range of residential property work.
  • Managing a diverse array of matters, including acquisitions, sales, equity transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Working with a mixed bag of clients, which includes several high-net-worth individuals.

The Candidate

This firm is seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • The Residential Property Solicitor must have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understands the importance of client care.
  • Proven track record of effective case management.
  • Exemplary record when dealing with high-net-worth clients.

Salary and Benefits

The firm is willing to offer a salary package in the region of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, the Residential Property Solicitor will have a friendly working environment where they’re given support to pursue professional development.
