A well-established London law firm are seeking a 2-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

On offer is a varied caseload. You will work with a mix of clients including: corporate occupiers, high end retailers and the UK's largest café franchise in its sector.

You will need experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, within the City of London, or surrounding areas, who is seeking a new challenge.

What You Will Do

  • Handle commercial property transactions from start to finish
  • Guiding clients in line with legal obligations
  • Providing clients with a first-class service

What You Will Need

  • 2-5 PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Dealing with a general commercial property caseload to include sales and acquisitions, plot sales, landlord and tenant and secured lending matters
  • Confident, self-starter who enjoys dealing with clients.
  • Motivated individual who is driven.
  • Consistency in meeting high quality standards of output.
