Chadwick Nott are assisting a reputable national firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Property solicitor to join a busy Residential Property team working on a caseload of equity release. This residential property solicitor will be based in the firm's Exeter office.

Working within a busy equity release team, you will be reporting to the partner and working on a range of equity release transactions and becoming an integral part of the this team's drive forward.

The successful equity release solicitor's duties will include preparing transfer deeds and transfer of equity papers and meeting with clients to sign, reviewing unregistered land, drafting reports on titles, responding to enquiries, preparing deeds, dealing with SDLT and Land Registry.

This candidate will have atleast 3 years' PQE working on residential property matters looking to move across to an equity release role. Ideally, you will have already had experience within this, but full training will be provided.
