Life Sciences Lawyer - US firm

A collegiate US firm recognised for its pre-eminence and expertise in advising clients on all life sciences matters.

THE ROLE

For an associate with a background and keen interest in life sciences transactional work.

The life sciences team focuses on licensing, collaboration agreements, R&D agreements, supply and manufacturing arrangements, M&A, joint ventures, investments, co- development and other transactions.

Clients include domestic, European and international clients, ranging from small start-ups to the world's largest pharmaceutical, biotech and medical technology companies.

ABOUT YOU

With 2-6pe in life sciences you will have:

-strong academics, paired with excellent analytical and writing skills

-experience of playing a significant role in large complex transactions, ideally with heavy IP content at a top City, national or US practice.

-a science background as well as a strong interest in life sciences

-a recognised post-graduate IP qualification would be interesting but is not a pre-requisite.

-an interest in digital health, although not essential.

The successful candidate may be qualified in England and Wales or a US-qualified lawyer who has experience of working in the UK/European market and is seeking to re-qualify in England and Wales
