Debt Collection Executive - Birmingham / remote

Excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading regional law practices. The firm has a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections.

They are currently recruiting a Debt Collection Executive to join their Restructuring and Insolvency team in Birmingham. This can be a hybrid role with part of the week in the office and part at home.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in debt recovery against individuals including the court processes that can be utilised (including CCJs, charging orders, applications for examination of debtors etc) and will also have knowledge of insolvency processes (statutory demands and bankruptcy petitions). Knowledge of the Consumer Credit legislation would be a bonus. The team largely act for commercial lenders, local authorities, private schools and debt collection agencies.
