This impressive Commercial Real Estate team holds in a pivotal position in this regionally recognised firm, and they’re seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join them. They need the Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a full-time, permanent contract.

About the Role

The role of Commercial Property Solicitor has the following responsibilities:

  • Carrying out work with landlords, tenants, developers, and other household name PLC clients.
  • Working on a range of matters, including development work; as well as extensive security lending in correspondence with sites used for commercial and residential development and commercial leases.

About You

To be an ideal fit for this position, you must have the following experience:

  • Between 2 and 3 years’ PQE dealing commercial real estate.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have some leasehold enfranchisement experience.
  • Excellent commercial acumen coupled with a decisive, driven nature.
  • Confidence working with a variety of clients.
  • Competence with drafting contractual documents.

Salary and Benefits
