My client, a reputable and long-standing Private Practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experience Real Estate Solicitor to join their offices in Birmingham City Centre.

 

The Role:

As the successful Real Estate Solicitor, you will have a varied workload based around Commercial Property matters. This will specifically include management of transactions for National and Regional Developers as well as general commercial property files.

You will also be responsible for business development activities to win further work for the department and be focused on building and maintaining long standing relationships with clients.

There is also chance to get training around Agricultural matters and around business development.

 

Requirements:

To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of working within a Real Estate/Commercial Property department and be competent in managing your own workload. Ideally, your experience will be tailored more so around Development and site set ups.

It is vital that you have strong communication skills, be able to work as part of a team and are extremely organised.
