With plans to continue their current trend of growth, they are looking to hire a Family Solicitor to lead their impressive outfit based in Leicester as the Head of the Department.

The Role

This heavyweight regional firm is seeking to hire a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join their office in Leicester as Head of Department.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The family department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department.

You will deal with well-known public figures and HNW individuals. The caseload will include; Ancillary relief, Divorce and some private children work.

You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the Partner to further drive the department forwards, now is an exciting time to join.

With the firm's growth plans there is a real opportunity to progress, with Partnership being on the cards for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• You should have a strong technical understanding
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
