Clinical Negligence NQ-3 years PQE

A clinical negligence solicitor is sought to join a highly regarded law firm based in Nottingham.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a clinical negligence solicitor between NQ and 3 PQE to join their medical negligence team. The focus of the role will be on private client work, with an emphasis on all types of medical and clinical negligence work.


Your Experience

You will have experience of managing a caseload including areas such as:
- Pregnancy and birth injuries
- Brain injuries
- Surgical claims
- Fatal medical negligence
- Spinal injuries
- Dental negligence

You will possess excellent care skills and a strong eye for detail, and you will be an effective communicator.

You must also be reliable, organised, enthusiastic and good with time management.
