Residential Property Conveyancer – This Lexcel accredited, multi office East Sussex firm are now looking for a senior Residential Property Conveyancer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive with c.4 years+ relevant case handling experience to join their team at their South Coast offices.
About the Role
This is a senior position, undertaking HNW fee earning transactions as well as team management and the further development of the department. You will be stepping into an existing caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity release and buy to let whilst being supported by your own assistant as well as the team.
Candidate Requirements
This role would suit an eager and enthusiastic lawyer looking to take on a more senior role. They are looking for someone with a keen interest in business development who would welcome the opportunity to assist in the management, compliance and development of the property department. You should therefore be pro-active, highly organised and have a keen attention to detail.
