This dominating firm is continuing to undergo growth and is seeking to further develop its support team with the addition of an IP Administrator.
This immensely important role covers a wide range of duties. You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial assistance to the firm’s fee earners. You will assist with the management of cases along with patent applications.
Further duties entail using Inprotech software to record all new cases and client records, as well as recording deadlines and liaising with fee earners to ensure all case work is completed within deadline.
Administrative tasks include producing and sending letters, documents and reminders, recording billings and managing the fee earner’s documents via the firm’s management system. You will report to the office manager.
You will be an integral part of this hugely important firm that has established a prestigious array of clients from SMEs to global corporations.
