Company Secretarial Assistant
This international professional services firm is looking for a company secretarial assistant to join their team in Guildford.
As a member of the company secretarial team you will assist in providing company secretarial services to client companies of the organisation as part of Business Services and Accounting department. You will often be the first point of contact for clients, their professional advisers and staff referring new work and will need to be able to communicate effectively with all of them.
The role will include compliance tasks for a portfolio of client companies, along with associated administrative tasks such as processing of invoices, billing and assisting in on-boarding new clients.
You will also be involved in preparing stock transfer documents in a timely and accurate manner making sure that stamp duty is paid within the appropriate time limits, preparing compliance statements and dormant accounts to file on-line at Companies House and ensuring all statutory records are updated and maintained.
You will need 2 years' experience in a company secretarial department to be considered. Study support towards the ICSA qualification can be given for this role. You will be expected to be in the office 2 - 3 days per week.
