A renowned global company, based in Birmingham, is looking to bring on board a part-time (25-30 hrs/week) Legal Counsel to join its small legal team.
This exciting role will come with line management responsibilities and will be primarily focused on the delivery of high level commercial legal and risk management support for the organisation’s UK business.
Central to the role is the provision of legal support on data protection/GDPR, compliance and risk as well as supporting on commercial contracts and M&A. There will also be a requirement to assist on corporate governance/company secretarial matters, as well as supporting the auditing process.
This unique opportunity would suit a UK qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE and a minimum of 2 years' in-house experience. Any line management experience would be a distinct advantage.
