A brand new opportunity for a Paralegal with Commercial Property experience; this role is a permanent and office based.
Client Details
My client is an established commercial property company in Harrow
Description
The successful candidate will drafting between approx. 12 and 20 leases a month together with other associated documents;
They will assist with the payment of invoices which relate to the organisations properties and the mitigation and payment of non-domestic rates;
They will assist with Lease Extensions, any litigation which comes into the business and the serving of section 25 notices;
They will be responsible for the enforcement of lease terms and the marketing and the day to day management of the properties including placing the adverts for the properties the company marketing.

An experienced and entrepreneurial commercial property paralegal who is interested in building their career in-house.
