Senior Private Client Solicitor - Surrey
A regional firm with branches across the South East is expanding and recruiting a new Head of Department in Private Client. This role offers scope for progression to partnership level and the ability to share in the profitable success of the department.
The Private Client department deals with a broad range of work including; Wills, Probates, Court of Protection, LPOA and Trusts. The firm acts for mid to HNW individuals and are very well known across the area for the outstanding work that they do.
A vacancy has arisen for a senior Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to work at their offices in Surrey. Managing a team of 5, you will be responsible for driving the department forward and ensuring its profitability. This is a highly autonomous role and will suit an experienced Private Client fee earner who is looking to progress their career.
The firm offer flexible/hybrid working as standard, but as the Head of Department you will be expected to go to both their Surrey and South Berkshire offices regularly and to play an active role in business development. The role is therefore commutable from Godalming, Farnham, Basingstoke, Bracknell and Guildford.
Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus there is an excellent benefits package too.
