A Corporate Commercial Solicitor is being sought by a leading Legal 500 firm with an excellent presence in Central Hertfordshire as it expands to meet client demand and support the lead partner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor (3 - 6 years' PQE) to join the growing corporate commercial department with an established client base and team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a broad range of transactional corporate and commercial support work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, de-mergers, restructuring, and buying and selling businesses. You will have a solid career history working at highly regarded firms and will also have a good knowledge of the local area.
