The Role

The firm are seeking an NQ Employment Solicitor to join this leading Legal 500 ranked team in their City of London office.

This role will give you the opportunity to work alongside a leading Employment Solicitor, dealing with an interesting and high-quality caseload form day one.

You will have access to all the latest tech and systems and there is a good level of paralegal and administrative support, allowing you to focus on the role.

The department covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious Employment including:

• Employment Disputes and Tribunals
• Settlements Contracts and Handbooks
• Restrictive Covenants
• Business Restructuring
• Discrimination
• Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
• TUPE

The role comes with flexible/ agile working; they trust each individual to perform, and will provide systems ensuring you can communicate effectively with your team and the firm as a whole.
