This Legal 100 firm in Plymouth wants to offer the right litigation paralegal a range of top-quality experience, joining the banking & finance litigation team and receiving the chance to progress in a growing/supportive environment and gaining invaluable exposure to a range of clients.

Ideally, you’ll be a degree-qualified paralegal with some experience within financial services litigation. Alternatively, you may have a wealth of experience in other general commercial litigation or dispute resolution matters.

Your standard responsibilities will include:

• Attending court, including Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice
• Administering & progressing existing legal account portfolios, including contested or defended cases
• Pursuing claims and making recoveries, drafting pleadings & witness statements and instigating and monitoring enforcement actions
• Reviewing/collating electronic data and preparing files of issues for potential adjudications
• Briefing counsel, attending conferences and assisting in drafting/amending legal proceedings and witness statements
