Our Client,
A leading financial services firm who are expanding massively are looking to hire a paralegal to join the legal team.
The Role:
Based in London, you will be working alongside the European legal team on a range of legal matters. You will be given a lot of autonomy from the onset and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and drafting legal documentation such as engagement letters, reliance letters, NDAs etc
- Providing support to the legal team on a range of legal matters including regulatory law ( including horizon scanning), onboarding documentation etc
- Contribute towards developing, establishing their in-house contracts frameworks
- Assisting with the maintenance of legal databases
- Supporting other European offices with similar matters listed above
The Candidate:
- Law degree or equivalent legal training
- Ideally has 2+ years’ experience as a paralegal either in-house at a similar organization, or in a private practice firm.*
- Financial services experience is not a prerequisite but would be a plus.
- Will be a proactive individual who is keen to take on a challenge, learn and develop on their expertise .
* Candidates outside the experience bracket with prerequisite experience will also be considered for this role.
