The successful candidate will ideally be NQ-3 years PQE and will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of specialisms, including software contracts, clinical services, public procurement, governance, public law, statutory powers, primary care partnership agreements, practice mergers, corporate start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, projects and construction.
