Our client is a leader in global e-commerce looking for a lawyer to be based in Munich to support the growing Consumables business as part of Legal department in Germany and to work closely with the business lawyers across Europe. The role will involve providing legal advice on a wide range of topics including general eCommerce, litigation, consumer protection, competition, compliance and regulatory matters, daily interaction with business clients, business lawyers and tech-teams, outside counsel management, hiring, training and mentoring of others.
A successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with excellent academic qualifications, at least 5 year´s pqe legal experience with an international law firm or in-house experience, and fluent English and German language skills. They will have a high degree of independence, and a desire to be challenged and think outside the box.
