Property Lawyer - New Build
Horsham District
A potentially very lucrative opportunity to join one the UK's leading residential conveyancing teams and be part of new initiative for the West Sussex region.
With the local area seeing a considerable new build property boom in recent years plus an estimated further of 10000+ new homes planned for the coming years this position represents a superb opportunity for an experienced new build property lawyer. The firm have extensive uk wide coverage and established commercial relationships and agreements in place with the relevant national developers that are key to this region.
They are seeking an experienced new build property lawyer (solicitor, FCILEx, CLC) who is capable of self-managing a volume caseload of new build residential property work. Legal support will be on hand to ensure you are free to do what you de best and maximise commercial success at this office.
The firm have an excellent bonus structure in place with realistic targets in place that would see any organsied and ambitious property lawyer achieve and exceed target. This is a 'first in the door' role and would allow you to further grow and develop your own team and progress into the senior level of the firm providing further personal and financial rewards.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and previous track record.
