The firm is looking for an ambitious NQ Corporate Solicitor join its award winning corporate team in Dublin handling cross border corporate work.
The Role:
* Working across a wide variety of sectors including real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT
* As a corporate associate you will work alongside the members of the other Dublin teams and also with colleagues in London and throughout the firm globally
* Handling and collaborating on a range of specialisms including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Banking and Finance
- Private Equity
The Candidate:
* Newly Qualified Solicitor - our client will also consider more experienced candidates with up to 5 years' PQE..
* Undertaken a rotation in corporate
