The team advises a broad range of lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. They act for all the UK clearing banks and a growing number of other European and investment banks on all types of facilities, from acquisition finance, real estate finance to debt capital markets. They also act for borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings. Ideally you will have a generalist banking background with particular experience in acquisition finance, corporate lending and real estate finance.
