We are helping our client who have a multi office national practice with a long-standing positive reputation, in their recruitment for a commercial litigation solicitor to be based in their Bristol or Cardiff office.

The successful commercial litigation solicitor will be working on a varied caseload that is made up of complex and high value Claimant and Defendant matters across the full range of dispute resolution; including commercial, intellectual property, construction, recoveries, regulatory, professional negligence, insurance coverage, contract, insolvency, employment (non tribunal) & financial services. The work sources include LEI and private instruction. The work is challenging, yet rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.

You will be able to show atleast 1 year PQE in litigation and be able to show that you are able to manage a busy caseload. You will have experience of a wide range of civil/commercial litigation work sources and funding arrangements as well as a good mix of acting for defendants and claimants.
