Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Sudbury. A thriving firm in Sudbury are currently recruiting a full-time position for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their firm in Suffolk.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £28,000 - £45,000
THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive or Paralegal with upwards of 1 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Professionals who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
