Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ-4PQE

The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit an additional clinical negligence/medical malpractice lawyer. This is an
exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an expanding team with an excellent client base and quality work.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Management (under supervision) of a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and Insurers
• Development of relationships with NHS Resolution/Insurer clients and Trust/Insured clients
• Liaising with Primary Care practitioners of various specialties and backgrounds
• Supporting the Partners, Senior Associates and Associates with business development and projects

The Candidate
The successful applicant will possess the following skills key to the role:

• Previous clinical negligence, defendant medical malpractice/insurance, or PI experience
• Ideally experience of claims against Primary Care practitioners
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and gain an in-depth understanding of relevant healthcare sectors
