Commercial Property Solicitor– This Lexcel accredited, multi office East Sussex firm have asked us to find them a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with c.3-5 years+ relevant case handling experience to join their team at their South Coast offices.

About the Role
You will be joining a well-established Real Estate team, stepping into a busy caseload and steady stream of work.  You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high-quality property transactions where you will be expected to deliver up to date advice on commercial property, commercial leases and the buying and selling of businesses.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants will need at least 3 years + PQE and excellent skills in communication, client care and ideally experience of using a case management system. You should have a pro-active approach, be highly organised and driven with the ability to market yourself and the practice whilst gaining and keeping a clients trust and best interest.
